In-office visits will be conducted at Vera Massage Studio in Burlington, located at 186 Gilkey Rd

Dr. Kaylee is available in office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

• Dr. Kaylee no longer bills medical insurance directly, but can offer superbill receipts for you to submit to your insurance company yourself for reimbursement. Patients requesting superbills will need to pay the full out of pocket costs at the time of service. Think of it as paying your medical bill up front and then getting refunded by your insurance after you have submitted your paid claim.
• Fees are set to accommodate time and utilities, as well as credit card transaction fees, what you see listed is all inclusive.
  • In Office prices
    • 10 min: $60
    • 20 min: $70 (most popular)
    • 30 min: $80
    • New patient exam (60 min): $170, comprehensive exam plus 20-30 min treatment time
    • Re-exam (40 min): $125, focused exam plus 20-30 min treatment

Dr. Kaylee has the right to increase your time slot fee if you select a 10 min visit for $60 and take longer during the treatment session, as this will affect the rest of the schedule for the day. Please be honest in your treatment selection.

I charge based off time spent with you, so that I can provide quality care for patients that may need more time than others. To help understand what you might need, you can reference this breakdown here:

• 10 min: very focused, 1-2 areas treated only, minimal soft tissue work

• 20 min: typically full spinal treatment (neck, upper back, low back, pelvis, maybe 1 area of extremity care), this is the most popular time frame selected by patients because while it remains fairly focused, there’s enough time to address most of the body and still be able to apply 8-10 min of soft tissue therapy to the session

• 30 min: Full body (full spine and any extremities) plus additional soft tissue therapy time for extensive complaints. (Think additional therapy for something like carpal tunnel or TMJ symptoms in addition to your spinal care)

Mobile Chiro Care

Reflective of in-office prices (starting at 20 min of $70) plus travel charge, travel fee is accounting for additional time and gas to reach your household

• Mount Vernon and Burlington is $10-$15 travel fee
• Big Lake/Clear Lake areas, Sedro, Concrete, or Anacortes is a $20-$25 travel fee
• South to Snohomish county is $30+ travel fee
• North to Whatcom county is $30+ travel fee

Mobile visits to your home are “by request”, online booking is for office visits only. Mobile chiropractic appt requests must be submitted to Dr Kaylee directly via text or email so she can schedule to accommodate travel time
